    IF Staining of HEK-293T using 29301-1-AP

    Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% PFA fixed HEK293T cells overexpressing ACE2 and TMPRSS using NSP15 antibody (29301-1-AP, green) at dilution of 1:200. Cells were infected with virus (dsRNA, in red, MOI 0.01, 48hpi). The images were credited by Dr. Irene Chen, Gladstone Institute.

    ELISA experiment using 29301-1-AP

    SARS-CoV-2 Envelope protein Antibody (29301-1-AP) tested by ELISA. SARS-COV-2 NSP15 protein was coated onto microtiter plates at 1 µg/well and then incubated with a dilution series of SARS-COV-2 NSP15 protein Antibody (29301-1-AP). Bound antibodies were detected with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG followed by incubation with HRP Substrate and then measuring the resulting absorbance at 450 nm.
