ARHGAP9 belongs to RHO family of small GTPases, which inactivate RHO GTPases by stimulating their intrinsic GTPase activity. Several ARHGAP9 transcript isoforms were reported: including calculated mass of 81-83 kDa, 71 kDa and 61-63 kDa.
