BCAS2 Monoclonal antibody, PBS Only

HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68003-1-Ig (BCAS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68003-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

LNCaP cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68003-1-Ig (BCAS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68003-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68003-1-Ig (BCAS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68003-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68003-1-Ig (BCAS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68003-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using BCAS2 antibody (68003-1-Ig, Clone: 2A12G1 ) at dilution of 1:2000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68003-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
