    1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human BMPR1A (82928-2-RR, Clone:230137E12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82928-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

BMPR1A (Bone morphogenetic protein receptor type-1A) is also named as ACVRLK3, ALK3 and SKR5. BMPR1A is an essential receptor for BMP signaling (PMID: 26279380). BMPR1A is necessary for chondrogenesis and osteogenesis (PMID: 32764110). BMPR1A is a cell surface marker of human SuSCs (PMID: 33658353).
