CCDC109B Polyclonal antibody, PBS Only

WB analysis of MCF-7 using 20387-1-AP (same clone as 20387-1-PBS)

MCF-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20387-1-AP (CCDC109B antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20387-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
