    WB analysis of Jurkat using 17742-1-AP (same clone as 17742-1-PBS)

    Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17742-1-AP (DSN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17742-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

DSN1, also named as C20orf172 and MIS13, is required to shape an interface between the Mis12 complex and Blinkin, the counterpart of Spc105. DSN1 is part of the MIS12 complex which is required for normal chromosome alignment and segregation and kinetochore formation during mitosis. DSN1 has four isoforms with MW 27-33 kDa and 38-40 kDa.
