  • Western Blot (WB) analysis of various lysates using EPN1 Polyclonal antibody (14469-1-AP)

    WB analysis using 14469-1-AP (same clone as 14469-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14469-1-AP (EPN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 14469-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Epsin 1 (EPN1) belongs to the epsin family, which also includes EPN2 and EPN3. They belong to the endocytic clathrin family and are involved in receptor endocytosis. EPN1 is widely and highly expressed in tumors.
