Background Information
FOXO6 is a member of the murine forkhead family of transcription factors. These forkhead transcription factors may play a role in maintenance. FOXO6 mRNA is predominantly expressed in the developing brain, indicating that FOXO6 may play an important role in the nervous system. FOXO6 has an isoform of 70 kDa when modified after translation (PMID:23639108).

Reviews
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive forproviding their feedback.
FH Young-Wook (Verified Customer) (10-31-2017) | This antibody detect easily mouse Foxo1 than mouse Foxo6. There is cross reactivity with Foxo1.
