    WB analysis using 85128-4-RR (same clone as 85128-4-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85128-4-RR (Foxp3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85128-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

FOXP3, also named as IPEX, JM2 and Scurfin, is a transcription factor. POXP3 plays a critical role in the control of immune response. Defects in FOXP3 are the cause of immunodeficiency polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked syndrome (IPEX) which also known as X-linked autoimmunity-immunodeficiency syndrome.
