    Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using HMGB2 antibody (83482-5-RR, Clone: 240453H5 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83482-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Flow cytometry (FC) experiment of HeLa cells using HMGB2 Recombinant antibody (83482-5-RR)

    FC experiment of HeLa using 83482-5-RR (same clone as 83482-5-PBS)

    1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug HMGB2 Recombinant antibody (83482-5-RR, Clone:240453H5) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83482-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83482-5-RR

    Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83482-5-RR against Human HMGB2 were performed. The affinity constant is 44.4 nM.
