  • Western Blot (WB) analysis of various lysates using IFNAR1 Recombinant antibody (83002-4-RR)

    WB analysis using 83002-4-RR (same clone as 83002-4-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83002-4-RR (IFNAR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83002-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Flow cytometry (FC) experiment of Jurkat cells using IFNAR1 Recombinant antibody (83002-4-RR)

    FC experiment of Jurkat using 83002-4-RR (same clone as 83002-4-PBS)

    1x10^6 Jurkat cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug IFNAR1 Recombinant antibody (83002-4-RR, Clone:230549C8) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83002-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
