    WB analysis using 26762-1-AP (same clone as 26762-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26762-1-AP (Myogenin antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 26762-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

MYOG (encoded Myogenin protein) is a muscle-specific transcription factor that belongs to a family of basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors. It plays a role in muscle differentiation, cell cycle exit, and muscle atrophy(PMID: 30315160). Diseases associated with MYOG include Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma and Gallbladder Sarcoma.
