    WB analysis using 27502-1-AP (same clone as 27502-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27502-1-AP (PEX10 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27502-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Peroxisome biogenesis factor 10 (PEX10) is involved in the import of peroxisomal matrix proteins, and the mutation of this gene causes 3 subtypes of peroxisome biogenesis disorders, namely Zellweger syndrome (severe), neonatal adrenoleukodystrophy (moderate) and an ataxic form (mild).
