    WB analysis using 83969-6-RR (same clone as 83969-6-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83969-6-RR (PRMT3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83969-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining of mouse liver tissue using PRMT3 Recombinant antibody (83969-6-RR)

    IHC staining of mouse liver using 83969-6-RR (same clone as 83969-6-PBS)

    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue slide using 83969-6-RR (PRMT3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83969-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83969-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Flow cytometry (FC) experiment of MCF-7 cells using PRMT3 Recombinant antibody (83969-6-RR)

    FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83969-6-RR (same clone as 83969-6-PBS)

    1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PRMT3 Recombinant antibody (83969-6-RR, Clone:241092H2) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83969-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
