Background Information
RSPO2 is one of the R-spondins (RSPOs) which comprise a family of four secreted proteins that have important roles in cell proliferation, cell fate determination and organogenesis. RSPOs typically exert their effects by potentiating the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway. Overexpression of Rspo2 is sufficient to promote bone morphogenetic protein-induced mineralization Rspo2 was identified as a novel common integration site (CIS) for the mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV) in viral induced mouse mammary tumors.

Reviews
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive forproviding their feedback.
FH Marc (Verified Customer) (02-14-2023) | Used this antibody for immunofluorescence, but since the expression of this protein in spinal cord is low we used it together with a tyramide amplification kit. In this way, it works very good.
