  • Western Blot (WB) analysis of various lysates using SAR1A Recombinant antibody (83168-6-RR)

    WB analysis using 83168-6-RR (same clone as 83168-6-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83168-6-RR (SAR1A antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83168-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Flow cytometry (FC) experiment of A549 cells using SAR1A Recombinant antibody (83168-6-RR)

    FC experiment of A549 using 83168-6-RR (same clone as 83168-6-PBS)

    1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug SAR1A Recombinant antibody (83168-6-RR, Clone:230471A11) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83168-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
