    WB analysis using 28098-1-AP (same clone as 28098-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28098-1-AP (SFRS2IP antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28098-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

SFRS2IP, also known as CASP11, SCAF11 SIP1, SRSF2IP, is a 1463 amino acid protein, which Interacts with SRSF2/SFRS2, U2AF2 and SNRNP70. SFRS2IP plays a role in pre-mRNA alternative splicing by regulating spliceosome assembly (PMID: 9447963).
