WB analysis of U-937 using 15595-1-AP (same clone as 15595-1-PBS)

U-937 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15595-1-AP (SSBP4 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15595-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
