SYK Monoclonal antibody, PBS Only

Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66721-1-Ig (SYK antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66721-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

THP-1 (WT and SYK KO) lysates prepared with RIPA buffer, 30 μg protein loaded. 66721-1-Ig incubated at 1:500 at 4°C overnight in 5% BSA in TBST. Ponceau stained transfers shown on right. Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed human tonsillitis tissue using 66721-1-Ig (SYK antibody), at dilution of 1:100 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). 1X10^6 K-562 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human SYK (66721-1-Ig, Clone:4C4A12) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (MPC-11) (65128-1-Ig, Clone: MPC-11) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
