  • Western Blot (WB) analysis of various lysates using TBCD Recombinant antibody (82911-7-RR)

    WB analysis using 82911-7-RR (same clone as 82911-7-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82911-7-RR (TBCD antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Immunofluorescence (IF) / fluorescent staining of HepG2 cells using TBCD Recombinant antibody (82911-7-RR)

    Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using TBCD antibody (82911-7-RR, Clone: 230209F3 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Flow cytometry (FC) experiment of MCF-7 cells using TBCD Recombinant antibody (82911-7-RR)

    FC experiment of MCF-7 using 82911-7-RR (same clone as 82911-7-PBS)

    1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TBCD Recombinant antibody (82911-7-RR, Clone:230209F3) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82911-7-RR

    Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82911-7-RR against Human TBCD were performed. The affinity constant is 97.6 pM.
