    WB analysis using 68387-1-Ig (same clone as 68387-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68387-1-Ig (TNIP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68387-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

TNIP1, also named as KIAA0113, NAF1, Nip40-1, VAN and ABIN-1, is involved in inhibition of nuclear factor- B (NF- B) activation by interacting with TNF alpha-induced protein 3, A20 (TNFAIP3). TNIP1 repression of RARs in the presence of RA places it in a small category of corepressors of agonist-bound NRs.
