  • Western Blot (WB) analysis of various lysates using XRN2 Recombinant antibody (83378-1-RR)

    WB analysis using 83378-1-RR (same clone as 83378-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83378-1-RR (XRN2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83378-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Flow cytometry (FC) experiment of HeLa cells using XRN2 Recombinant antibody (83378-1-RR)

    FC experiment of HeLa using 83378-1-RR (same clone as 83378-1-PBS)

    1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug XRN2 Recombinant antibody (83378-1-RR, Clone:240065G4) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83378-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83378-1-RR

    Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83378-1-RR against Human XRN2 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.49 nM.
