  • Western Blot (WB) analysis of THP-1 cells using ADAM10 Monoclonal antibody (66620-1-Ig)

    WB analysis of THP-1 using 66620-1-Ig (same clone as 66620-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66620-1-Ig (ADAM10 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66620-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
