Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HT-1376 cells using ARNT/HIF-1 beta antibody (66732-1-Ig, Clone: 3B12C5 ) at dilution of 1:1300 and Multi-rAb CoraLite® Plus 594-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (Cat.NO. RGAM004 ). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66732-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human ARNT/HIF-1 beta (66732-1-Ig, Clone:3B12C5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.5 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66732-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
