    WB analysis using 31464-1-AP (same clone as 31464-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31464-1-AP (E2F6 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31464-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31464-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

E2F6 is a member of the E2F family of TFs that control cell proliferation and cell fate. Cancer patients with high E2F6 expression in tumors, such as glioblastoma, breast cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma, have poor prognosis.
