Emerin Recombinant antibody, PBS Only

Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82888-3-RR (Emerin antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82888-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

WB result of Emerin antibody (82888-3-RR; 1:6000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-Emerin transfected HeLa cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82888-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug EMD Recombinant antibody (82888-3-RR, Clone:230089B12) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.2 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82888-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82888-3-RR against Human EMD were performed. The affinity constant is 11.1 nM.
