Background Information
GOT2 encodes the mitochondrial glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase and plays an essential role in the intracellular NAD(H) redox balance. Upregulation of GOT2 has been reported in various cancers, including breast cancer and pancreatic cancer. GOT2 mutation leads to autosomal recessive neurometabolic disorder.

FH Sampath Kumar (Verified Customer) (02-26-2024) | The mouse GOT2 antibody worked consistently well at 1:6000 dilution on Avian skeletal muscle (pectoralis) homogenates. 6ug of total protein per sample was blotted on 0.2um nitrocellulose and probed with GOT2 primary antibody diluted in 5% milk. Anti-mouse secondary antibody at 1:10000 along with ECL prime provided optimum results.
