    WB analysis of HeLa using 67489-1-Ig (same clone as 67489-1-PBS)

    HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67489-1-Ig (NR2C2 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67489-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

NR2C2, also named as TAK1, TR4 and TR2R1, belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family and NR2 subfamily. NR2C2 is an orphan nuclear receptor. It may regulate gene expression during the late phase of spermatogenesis.
