NUP155 Monoclonal antibody, PBS Only

WB result of NUP155 antibody (66359-1-Ig, 1: 6000) with si-Control and si-NUP155 transfected HEK293 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66359-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66359-1-Ig (NUP155 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66359-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
