POU4F3 Recombinant antibody, PBS Only

Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82980-1-RR (POU4F3 antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82980-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 82980-1-RR (POU4F3 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82980-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using POU4F3 antibody (82980-1-RR, Clone: 230345F1 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82980-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

1x10^6 U-251 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human POU4F3 (82980-1-RR, Clone:230345F1) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82980-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82980-1-RR against Human POU4F3 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.234 nM.
