  • Western Blot (WB) analysis of various lysates using TAPBP Polyclonal antibody (30500-1-AP)

    WB analysis using 30500-1-AP (same clone as 30500-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30500-1-AP (TAPBP antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30500-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

TAPBP, also known as tapasin, is a V-C1 (variable-constant) immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF) molecule. It is involved in the association of MHC class I with transporter associated with antigen processing (TAP) and in the assembly of MHC class I with peptide (PMID: 11920573).
