    Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using TRIM46 antibody (83614-5-RR, Clone: 240557C2 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83614-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Flow cytometry (FC) experiment of HeLa cells using TRIM46 Recombinant antibody (83614-5-RR)

    FC experiment of HeLa using 83614-5-RR (same clone as 83614-5-PBS)

    1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug TRIM46 Recombinant antibody (83614-5-RR, Clone:240557C2) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.2 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83614-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83614-5-RR

    Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83614-5-RR against Human TRIM46 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.48 nM.
