    WB analysis using 24694-1-AP (same clone as 24694-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24694-1-AP (KNTC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24694-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

KNTC1 is a protein that is one of many involved in mechanisms to ensure proper chromosome segregation during cell division. Northern blot analysis revealed low-to-moderate expression in all tissues tested, with highest expression in testis.
